The Experience

Engaged by Singapore-based events agency MICE Matters, we were tasked with creating an unforgettable Australian outback experience for an incentive group of 1,500 guests visiting Perth.

Set amongst the vineyards, the final gala dinner and awards night celebrated the spirit of the Australian countryside with a uniquely elevated cowboy twist.

Guests were welcomed into the pre-function space by our roaming cowboys and cowgirls, stilt walkers, and specialty performers, creating memorable photo moments before entering the spectacular custom-built marquee.

The evening opened with a reimagined cowboy-inspired rendition of The Greatest Showman, featuring six dancers, three specialty acts, and powerhouse vocalist Reigan Derry and her band, setting the tone for an unforgettable celebration.

Throughout the night, Reigan and her band kept the energy high, while surprise entertainment moments—including cowboy dance performances and Lucinda's spectacular fire show—ensured guests were continuously engaged.

The experience concluded with a breathtaking drone show above the vineyards, delivering a truly unforgettable finale.

The Result

From the first "Yeehaw!" to the final drone soaring overhead, the evening celebrated Australian hospitality, entertainment, and storytelling on a grand scale—leaving 1,500 international guests with memories to last a lifetime.
