The Experience

Working alongside the team at FCM for an international insurance company, we were engaged to curate a spectacular evening of entertainment for a Neon Wonderland gala dinner at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, coinciding with the launch of Vivid Sydney.

Guests entered through a glowing arrival moment featuring custom neon lampshades, immediately immersing them in a vibrant, light-filled atmosphere that reflected the spirit of the festival.

The night began with a playful celebration of Australia, as our larger-than-life Opera House and Harbour Bridge characters welcomed guests against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour. Custom neon costuming, including a bespoke branded catsuit and statement headpiece, set the tone for an evening of colour and spectacle.

As guests dined, Reigan Derry delivered an unforgettable live cabaret performance before the energy shifted into a series of breathtaking entertainment moments. Aerial artists captivated audiences on the lollipop apparatus, followed by a stunning adagio duet that brought elegance and emotion to the stage.

The evening concluded with Reigan returning alongside the DJ, inviting guests onto the dance floor to celebrate long into the night.

The Result

The carefully curated entertainment journey transformed the gala dinner into an immersive Neon Wonderland, amplified by its alignment with Vivid Sydney. From intimate performance moments to high-impact spectacle, the evening delivered a seamless flow of entertainment that kept guests engaged from arrival through to the final dance.
