The Challenge
Zambrero engaged us to transform a corporate conference room at the Hyatt Regency into a premium gala dinner setting in under two hours—requiring a complete spatial transformation without compromising on elegance or guest experience.
The Solution
We designed a high-end, Hollywood-inspired gala experience layered with deep green velvet tones, dramatic styling, and statement lighting to elevate the space into a luxury dining environment.
The Execution
Guests arrived through a “Glamarazzi” red-carpet-style arrival moment, stepping into a fully draped velvet tunnel before being welcomed into a transformed ballroom featuring chandeliers, oversized Hollywood-style Zambrero lettering, and refined floral and candle styling.
A custom oversized magazine cover activation allowed guests to become their own front-page moment, while a refined dining setup by The Yard & Co completed the visual experience.
The evening opened with a live Adagio performance, followed by champagne served via a statement tower, before transitioning into a full live band performance for the remainder of the night.
The Result
A conference room was completely reimagined into a luxury gala environment in under two hours, delivering a polished, high-impact celebration that felt immersive, elevated, and unforgettable.
ZAMBRERO Y2K PARTY (THE IVY, SYDNEY)
The Challenge
Following the gala, we were tasked with transforming The Ivy Sydney into a high-energy CLOSI party experience inspired by Y2K nostalgia, while maintaining brand alignment and guest engagement across a completely different tone.
The Solution
We created a bold, neon-fuelled Y2K-themed nightclub experience inspired by early-2000s pop culture, combining playful nostalgia with high-impact entertainment design.
The Execution
Guests entered through a glowing neon tunnel into a vibrant, immersive dance floor filled with oversized Y2K-inspired props, balloons, and aerial installations.
A dedicated glam station offered playful hair and makeup moments, while a high-energy performance medley brought together Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and early-2000s pop culture references.
Drag performers Kalin, Jax, and Farrah delivered standout live moments before Hot Dub Time Machine closed out the night with a full dance-floor takeover.
The Result
The after party delivered a high-energy, nostalgic celebration that perfectly contrasted the elegance of the gala—transforming the venue into a fully immersive Y2K nightclub experience and ending the night on a peak of entertainment and energy.
