The Challenge

The Luxury Travel Collection engaged us to create a vibrant welcome event presented by Tahiti Tourism and Ponant Cruises. When unexpected weather forced a last-minute change of plans, we had to quickly pivot the experience indoors without losing the magic of the original vision.

The Solution

Inspired by the beauty and warmth of French Polynesia, we transformed the venue into an immersive tropical escape designed to transport guests straight to Tahiti.

The Execution

Guests were welcomed by traditional Tahitian dancers and our gorgeous Champagne skirt before entering through a lush tropical arrival experience featuring a custom media wall and statement swing photo moment.

DJ Jess Stokes kept the energy high throughout the evening, creating the perfect soundtrack as guests connected, celebrated, and embraced the island spirit.

The Result

Despite the last-minute venue pivot, the event delivered a seamless and memorable welcome experience that captured the essence of Tahiti and set the tone for the celebrations to come.

AZURE NIGHTS GALA

The Challenge

For the conference gala dinner and awards night, presented by Regent Cruises, the brief was to create an elegant evening that celebrated luxury travel while delivering a spectacular guest experience.

The Solution

Inspired by the Mediterranean, we developed Azure Night—an immersive dining experience influenced by the beauty of Greece and Turkey, transporting guests to the shores of the Med.

The Execution

Guests arrived via a mosaic-inspired blue carpet and Mediterranean-themed media wall, greeted by living Grecian statues before entering a transformed ballroom.

Sweeping visuals of Regent cruise journeys from sunset to sunrise illuminated the space, while Turkish drummers led a dramatic procession into the room as doors opened.

The entertainment unfolded throughout the evening with captivating belly dancers, followed by an energetic Greek finale culminating in a joyous Zorba dance that had guests on their feet and dancing together.

The Result

Azure Night transformed a traditional awards dinner into an unforgettable cultural celebration—blending immersive storytelling, luxury styling, and dynamic entertainment to deliver a fitting finale to The Luxury Travel Collection's annual event.
